Our groups are for manufactured and modular dealers who are serious about growing their business and optimizing their sales. Each group consists of similar businesses, each from a different region, who come together to learn and share with each other.
You should already have realistic goals for your business. But if not, you will learn what those can and should be, and how to create plans and processes to achieve them. Your coaches will share best practices and mentoring, and through interaction with other like-minded business owners you will gain - and share - insights and experiences on how to overcome obstacles and grow more quickly.
Every group member is specifically placed with other members with similarly-sized businesses and with similar goals. No two members will be from the same region, so there will be no risk of competition. And you'll never be asked to share anything you aren't comfortable sharing with the group.
We have different groups from different sized businesses. If you own a single location, you will be placed with other owners of single lots. If you have multiple locations, there will be a group for you. Each group has its own cost structure, but in every case you will be expected to attend monthly online meetings, with a 1.5 day meeting each year, usually in conjunction with a major industry event, such as MHI or the Louisville show.
