 Mr. Underwood contributes over 30+ years of consulting experience in the manufactured and modular housing industry, having worked with retailers, communities and manufacturers as a sales, sales management, and leadership development consultant. Before becoming an independent industry consultant, he served as General Manager for the largest single location operator in North Carolina and as VP of Sales for an 11-location retailer in Arizona. Mr. Underwood currently serves as Executive Director of LearnMH.com, a resource platform for factory-built housing professionals. 

Scott has a passion for implementing automated marketing and sales processes that deliver an elevated customer experience and result in more sales. With over 40 years of new home marketing experience and a keen understanding of the challenges every sales team faces, Scott’s innovative approach to the processes of selling is helping retailers and communities build stronger customer relationships and deliver more homes. Scott started selling new homes in 1979, and went on to become VP of Marketing for a manufacturer.  Today Scott serves as Director of Development for MhCRM.
